Common use of Supervising Firm Clause in Contracts

Supervising Firm. The legal entity hired by the CONCESSIONAIRE, with the prior approval of the OSINERGMIN, the cost of which is assumed by the CONCESSIONAIRE, specializing in the supervision of transmission lines and voltage substations of 138 kV or higher, which shall not be a related company of the CONCESSIONAIRE. The Supervising Firm shall be in charge of performing supervisory tasks related to the drafting of the engineering documents and the performance of the Project’s works.
