The 'Supervision and Authority' clause defines who has the right and responsibility to oversee and direct the work or activities under the agreement. Supervision and Authority. The hirer shall comply with any reasonable instruction given by the Coordinator or a member of the Committee of Governance in respect of supervision of any function or activity.

At no time, with a crew consisting of two or three employees, are two employees to be in the front compartment other than the time required to relieve the driver and keep the truck secure. At no time is the front compartment of the vehicle to be left unoccupied when liability is being transferred to the vehicle or damaged or accidentally opened due to a bad seal or tear, management must be notified immediately.
Supervision and Authority. A. In order for CONTRACTOR to be effective in the delivery of Services, CONTRACTOR must manage and supervise its employees. Therefore, CONTRACTOR shall be accountable for the direct supervision of its employees. MANAGER shall make all requests regarding deployment, positioning, post assignments and conduct through CONTRACTOR's Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be accountable for the satisfaction of such requests to the extent that such requests are consistent with Job Site policies, this Agreement and local, state and federal laws. B. If at any time MANAGER feels that any employee of CONTRACTOR is not satisfactory, MANAGER shall notify CONTRACTOR of the reasons for its dissatisfaction with such employee verbally and in writing. CONTRACTOR shall attempt to promptly correct the employee’s conduct to the satisfaction of MANAGER. If the employee continues to be unsatisfactory to MANAGER, or if the initial conduct was so egregious as to warrant dismissal, MANAGER may demand that CONTRACTOR cease using said employee at the Job Site. CONTRACTOR shall promptly comply with such request. MANAGER agrees that any requests pursuant to this paragraph shall not be based upon unlawful discrimination in regards to an employee's race, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
Supervision and Authority. The classification of driver is specifically defined as such when operating with three persons. When operating with only two persons the driver assumes, in addition the duties as defined under technician The driver is under the supervision of the manager and his delegated assistants. While on the run, the driver is under the direction of the technician ‘A’. At various times he may also receive instructions from the dispatcher which should be passed on to the technician ‘A’.

It is also understood that he will also serve as a guard to protect his crew members and shipments being handled by ATM personnel. STREET OPERATION The technician will accompany the technician ‘A’ to and from points of delivery or pick up. When servicing a location, the technician shall leave the vehicle first, close the door, inspect the premises and position himself, in a close strategic location to observe the technician ‘A’ leaving the vehicle. After servicing a customer’s location, the technician will leave the location first and station himself again, in a strategic location to observe the technician ‘A’ following him out of the building. The tech ‘A’ will enter the vehicle first and close the door. The technician will remain posted until the technician ‘A’ is safely inside the vehicle. DRIVER
Supervision and Authority. The ATM Technician is under the final supervision and authority of the manager, assistant manager, operation supervisor and assistant cashier. While working on the ATM technician is under the direct supervision of crew chief who is designated as being in charge. This position serves as witness to all recorded transactions made by the crew chief where required, and will also carry secondary combinations to access ATM units for servicing. It is also understood that he will also serve as a guard to protect his crew members and shipments being handled by ATM personnel. ATM Technician’s duties shall consist of, among other duties, carrying combinations, accessing ATM night deposit units, maintaining dual custody while performing service work and duties on 3 person crews. The ATM Technician reports to the Senior ATM Technician (Crew Chief) where applicable.
