Supervisor Approval in excess of 3 weeks
Supervisor Approval. Longevity Benefit time off requests must be submitted to the supervisor for approval and shall not be unreasonably denied.
Supervisor Approval. Any overtime, except in the case of emergency, shall only be undertaken with the approval of the immediate Supervisor.
Supervisor Approval. As it is the supervisor’s responsibility to track purchases, before making any purchase, employees must obtain written supervisory authorization (submit form or receipt from employee).
Supervisor Approval. The Safety Committee Representative shall not leave their assigned job duties without first having obtained the approval of the immediate supervisor. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Supervisor Approval in excess of 3 weeks The employee may be permitted to take more than three (3) consecutive weeks vacation during the months from October to June, with the agreement of the supervisor.
