Supervisors' and Managers' Responsibility. District supervisory and management employees must enforce the district's sexual harassment prohibition and must promptly report all sexual harassment complaints they receive from students or employees. A supervisor's or manager's failure to report a sexual harassment complaint is grounds for discipline.
