SUPERVISORS NOT TO ROUTINELY PERFORM WORK. The Director of Business and Operations, Supervisors, and Assistant Supervisors shall not perform work which normally is performed by bargaining unit employees except in the event of an emergency. Without limiting the meaning of emergency, it shall include, among other things, instances where an employee is requested to, but declines to work overtime or instances where the supervisor is unsuccessful in calling out an employee.
