Supervisory Approval Sample Clauses

Supervisory Approval. All requests to bank and use casual time will be subject to the immediate Supervisor’s approval. All requests to bank “on” and “off” time must be in writing to the immediate Supervisor. Supervisors will base their approval on the employees work schedules to ensure ample employee coverage in their department. Any casual hours carried over to the next year will reduce the employees’ bank by an equal amount.

Supervisory Approval. The Union officer and/or employee involved shall also obtain approval of the employee’s supervisor for any meeting during the employee’s duty time.

Supervisory Approval. A bargaining unit employee’s approved Flexiplace application shall be submitted by the supervisor or Management to the Program Office’s Flexiplace Coordinator within two workdays of approval.

Supervisory Approval. All overtime must be approved by the Employee’s Supervisor. Such approval shall be on an incident by incident basis or based upon pre-determined situations as agreed to by the Supervisor and the Employee. All hours worked as defined in Section 4.01 are to be recorded on the Employee’s timecard and paid as such.
