SUPPLANTATION OF GRANT FUNDS. Grantee shall not use grant monies to pay for expenses already being paid for or have been paid for by another source. Grantee shall not replace or supplant funding of another existing program with funds provided for in this Grant. Funds granted under this Grant may not be used for any purpose other than the one defined in this document.
