Supplement to Article 8A. 5 If any Head Lease Tax Indemnitee shall pay any amount to Lessor pursuant to Section 7A(n) of the Participation Agreement for which Lessee has previously paid an indemnity to Lessor pursuant to Article 8A.1 hereof, Lessor shall pay such amount to Lessee within 15 Business Days after Lessor receives such amount.
