Consultant shall: prepare, reproduce and distribute supplemental drawings, specifications, and interpretations in response to requests for clarification by the Contractor or Owner and as required by construction exigencies; and forward Owner's instructions and provide guidance to the Contractor on Owner's behalf relative to changed requirements and schedule revisions.
