Supplemental Report. Upon any changes to the Preliminary Report, Escrow Agent will deliver to Buyer a Supplemental Preliminary Report setting forth any new items not previously included in the Preliminary Report or deleting any items previously included, together with copies of any recorded exceptions listed therein (“Supplemental Report”). Buyer’s approval of any Supplemental Report shall not be unreasonably withheld. The parties agree that it shall be unreasonable for Buyer to withhold its approval to any item which will not have material adverse impact on Buyer’s ability to use, operate and develop the Property subject to the Supplemental Report item.
