Initial Report definition

Initial Report shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1.
Initial Report means the report of KPMG Actuaries dated 13 November 2006 in respect of liabilities of the Liable Entities as at 30 September 2006.
Initial Report means the one-time moderate income housing report described in Subsection (2).

More Definitions of Initial Report

Initial Report means the Initial Report (together with the Articles of Organization) filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Louisiana on March 5, 2015, pursuant to which the Issuer was formed.
