Supplemental Schedules. Buyer and Seller may (but will not be required to) from time to time prior to the Closing Date, by notice in accordance with the Agreement, supplement or amend their respective disclosure schedules hereto, including without limitation one or more supplements or amendments to correct any matter which would otherwise constitute a breach of any representation, warranty or covenant herein contained.
