Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan (the “SERP”), if and when established. Executive’s benefits under the SERP shall be treated consistent with and in the same manner as the benefit of the other executive officers of the Company who participate in the SERP.
Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan. Xxxxxxx shall continue participation in CP&L's Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan (SERP), subject to its terms. In connection with Xxxxxxx'x participation in SERP, Xxxxxxx has been awarded 5 years of service toward the benefits and vesting requirements of SERP. This credit will not apply to the benefits and vesting requirements of any other plan or benefit program at Energy Ventures or CP&L.
