Common use of Supplemental Work Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Work. ‌ (a) Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Service Order, the Fees set out in the Wholesale Price List do not cover Supplemental Work. (b) OptiComm or its nominated contractor will invoice the Customer for Supplemental Work on a time and materials basis at OptiComm's standard rates and the Customer will be required to pay such invoices within 7 days of the date of invoice. OptiComm is not obliged under this Agreement to supply a Service to an End-user until the invoice is paid.
