Common use of Supplementary Health Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Health Insurance Coverage. The Company will provide the group Extended Health Care Plan including semiprivate Hospital coverage and will pay seventy-five per cent (75%) of the premium necessary for full-time continuing and regular part-time employees.

Supplementary Health Insurance Coverage. The Company will provide the group Extended Health Care Plan including semiprivate semi‐private Hospital coverage and will pay seventy-five sixty‐five percent (65) of the premium necessary for full‐time continuing and regular part‐time employees. Effective 2006 June 01, the Company will pay seventy‐five per cent (75%) of the premium necessary for full-time continuing full‐time and regular part-part time employees.

Dental Insurance Plan The Company will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost of the Dental Care Plan to all continuing employees and will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost of this plan for employees working a schedule of eighty percent (80%) or greater. For employees working less than eighty percent (80%) the Company will pay sixty percent of the premium.
