Common use of SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL BENEFITS. The Company will pay for a portion of the following Supplementary Medical Benefits, provided the expenses charged are reasonable and medically necessary as recommended or prescribed by the attending Physician. Supplementary Medical Benefits are extended to employees (and their eligible dependents) who continue active employment with the Company after age sixty-five (65) years of age. i) Hearing Aids The Company will pay up to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) every sixty (60) months for prescribed hearing aids for employees and covered dependants. This benefit shall not apply to the cost of the batteries.
