Supplementary Notice. The Parties shall direct the Notice Contractor to undertake a supplementary notice campaign as soon as practicable following distribution of the Stage 1 funds. The purpose of this notice is to target potential claimants and provide information related to the Stage 2 distribution. Such notice shall be targeted generally in Native American population centers.
