Supplementary Storage Rating Test Protocol. No later than sixty (60) Calendar Days prior to commencing Project construction, Owner shall deliver to CHGE for its review and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld) a supplement to this Exhibit C with additional and supplementary details, procedures and requirements applicable to Storage Rating Tests based on the then current design of the Project (“Supplementary Storage Rating Test Protocol”). Thereafter, from time to time during construction, Owner may deliver to CHGE for its review and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld) any Owner recommended updates to the then current Supplementary Storage Rating Test Protocol.
