Unplanned Outage Communications. If the Owner deems that an Unplanned Outage is required, the Owner shall communicate via secured email to RG&E’s Scheduling desk no later than 1:00 pm EPT on the third (3rd) Calendar Day prior to the Operating Day an Unavailability Notice requesting an Unplanned Outage, noting the length of outage requested, status of the Project, and the reason or cause of the outage. RG&E shall submit the Unplanned Outage request to the NYISO for evaluation and approval. Once approved/disapproved, RG&E shall notify the Owner via secured email communication.
