Supplier-Owned Tooling. The following provisions shall apply for “Supplier- Owned Tooling”:

Supplier-Owned Tooling. Unless otherwise agreed, all dies, jigs, tools, patters, molds, models, machinery, equipment, software tools, machining tapes, and other items that are required for Supplier to develop, design, manufacture, test, supply or deliver the Products will be and remain Supplier’s property and will be held by Supplier.
Supplier-Owned Tooling. 18.3.1 The Supplier will be responsible for all costs it incurs relating to Tooling owned by the Supplier or its Sub-tier Suppliers (“Supplier-Owned Tooling”).

  • Third Party Software Any portion of the Software that constitutes third party software, including software provided under a public license, is licensed to You subject to the terms and conditions of the software license agreements accompanying such third party software, or as set forth in the thirdpartylicenses.txt file accompanying the Software.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Supplier A manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, supplier, or vendor of goods or equipment in connection with the Work, or any other party having a Contract or Purchase Order with the Contractor or with a Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.
