Common use of Supplier Responses Clause in Contracts

Supplier Responses. Supplier shall not respond to any request or complaint under Section 2.9 unless expressly authorized to do so by Seagate. Supplier shall cooperate with Seagate with respect to any action taken relating to any request or complaint. Supplier shall seek to implement appropriate processes (including technical and organizational measures) to assist Xxxxxxx in responding to requests or complaints, unless prohibited by law.
