SUPPLIERS AND FOUNDRIES. Aironet shall authorize its suppliers and foundries of custom integrated circuits to sell such components to Telxon for incorporation into Legacy Products and Telxon Derived Products. Should any such suppliers discontinue manufacture of any custom integrated circuit necessary for Telxon to exercise its rights under this Agreement, Aironet shall cooperate with Telxon in securing a second source for such components.
