SUPPLIERS AND RETAILERS. Section 4.20 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a complete and accurate list of the twenty suppliers with the greatest dollar volume of sales to the Company and the Subsidiaries and the twenty retailers with the greatest dollar volume of purchases from the Company and its Subsidiaries, in each case during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, showing the approximate total purchases and sales in dollars by the Company and the Subsidiaries from each such vendor and to each such retailer during such fiscal year. Since January 1, 2006, to the Company's knowledge, there has been no material adverse change in the business relationship of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries with any vendor or retailer named on Section 4.20 of the Company Disclosure Letter.
