Common use of SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. 2.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services in Lot(s) [specify] and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Call Off Agreements by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies in [that/those] Lot(s) during the Framework Period. 2.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. 2.1 3.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Goods and/or Services in Lot(s) [specify] and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Call Off Agreements Contracts by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies in [that/those] Lot(s) Authorities during the Framework Period. 2.2 3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Authority may also access this Framework Agreement in its capacity as a Contracting Authority. 3.3 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
