Common use of Supplier’s Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the City.

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City Counties a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the CityCounties.

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City Township a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the CityTownship.

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City Board a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the CityBoard.

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City District a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the CityDistrict.

Supplier’s Grant of License. For those parts of the Deliverables that are Supplier Intellectual Property, the Supplier grants to the City Purchaser a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license: (a) to use, modify, reproduce and distribute, in any form, those Deliverables; and (b) to authorize other Persons, including agents, contractors or sub-contractors, to do any of the former on behalf of the CityPurchaser.
