This page has been REDACTED Assumptions: Cost Assumptions and Notes Please note the following assumptions have been made when providing the costs outlined above: Prices are given exclusive of VAT. The Requirements Gathering and Definition days are provided on a fixed price basis. The costs for the build and associated delivery services are given on a budgetary basis that may be impacted based on the outcome of the requirements and scoping days. Additional support has been quoted per annum (not total contract price). Costs have been based on the information provided on the requirements documented within this requirement. Any additional costs will be agreed upfront prior to any work being carried out. Licenses are quoted on a concurrent license basis. Costs have been provided based on one go live only (i.e. not a phased approach). Costs have been given for a ‘Train the Trainer’ approach and costs can be provided should the customer wish ISL to carry out training for all users. The items outlined in the Other Section can be taken at the same time as the main implementation or at a later date as required by NUH. However consideration will be given to the impact on NUH’s stated timescales for an initial go live. These are provided as budgetary costs and more exact costs can be provided once the requirements gathering processes for these items has been carried out. Report days are estimates only and subject to confirmation after the requirements gathering process has been completed. Costs have been provided for 6 standard ‘Train the Trainer’ days to be carried out, should the customer require additional training days these can be provided at Interactive Software’s standard daily rate. Costs for any additional modules/test environment set up or resource costs required for any 3rd party assistance on data integration are covered by NUH. Any assistance required from 3rd Party Suppliers is to be arranged by NUH. Changes to scope or requirements will be managed via Interactive Software’s standard change control process and changes may be subject to additional cost. A test environment including all hardware and third party software is to be provided by NUH for any systems with which Achiever is to integrate. Interactive Software has assumed that it will be provided with access to the NUH’s infrastructure as required, during the working day.   • Contract Prices All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.

  • Retail Prices The prices at which a Service is provided by Verizon at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers.

  • Xxxxxxx to Meet Timelines Failure by the Union to comply with the timelines will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance. Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.
