Common use of Supply and Purchase of Product Clause in Contracts

Supply and Purchase of Product. During the Term, Cardinal Health shall Manufacture and Package the Products in accordance with the Specifications, Applicable Laws and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reliant shall purchase Product from Cardinal Health in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the obligations set forth in Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 hereof.

Supply and Purchase of Product. During the Term, Cardinal Health shall Manufacture and Package the Products in accordance with the Specifications, the Applicable Laws and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reliant shall purchase Ligand's purchases of the Product from Cardinal Health shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the obligations set forth in Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 hereof.
