Common use of Supply Chain Clause in Contracts

Supply Chain. 60.1. The Contractor must notify the Authority where it proposes to make any change to its sub-contractors named in “Schedule 10 (Approved Sub-contractors) – Managed Print Solutions”. 60.2. The Contractor will have the direct contractual relationship with the Authority and Framework Public Bodies. The Contractor will be responsible for monitoring and managing all performance including the KPIs under this Framework Agreement, whether this is delivered by the Contractor or by a sub-contractor or consortia member.
