Supply of Additional Supported Products. During the Term, Parent and/or SpinCo shall sell additional Supported Products (the “Additional Supported Products”) to the Company or other relevant Service Provider Parties solely for sale in the performance of Transition Distribution Activities pursuant to this Agreement. The sale of Additional Supported Products by Parent and/or SpinCo to the Company or other relevant Service Provider Parties pursuant to this Section 3.2(b) shall be subject to the following provisions:
