SUPPLY OF I NFO RMAT ION. 9.1 In requiring, supplying and otherwise dealing with information under this contract, both of us must comply with all relevant legislation including the Health Act 1956, the Privacy Act 2020, and, where relevant, any code of practice issued under the Privacy Act 2020. In particular you will do all such things as may be required under the Privacy Act to permit the collection and disclosure of the information which is required by us under this contract This includes (but is not limited to) obtaining written consent from all trainees to the disclosure of their personal information collected by you to us for the purposes of this contract and in order to audit, monitor, review or evaluate and that we may contact them direct.
