Common use of Supply of New Equipment Clause in Contracts

Supply of New Equipment. 23.1 Supply under this Contract may either be authorised by the Authority’s Project Manager (PM) as stated Box 2 of the Appendix to Contract or the Authority’s Inventory Manager (IM) at Box or the Commercial Section as stated in Box 1 of the Appendix to Contract or their authorised representatives. No work for the supply is to be put in hand without receipt of such authorisation.

Supply of New Equipment. 23.1 20.1 Supply under this Contract may either be authorised by the Authority’s Equipment Support Manager (ESM) or the Project Manager (PM) as stated in Box 2 of the Appendix to Contract or the Authority’s Inventory Manager (IM) at Box or the Commercial Section as stated in Box 1 of the Appendix to Contract or their authorised representatives. No work for the supply is to be put in hand without receipt of such authorisation.
