Common use of Supply of Services Clause in Contracts

Supply of Services. 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement. 3.2 In providing the Services, the Supplier shall: 3.2.1 co-operate with the Customer in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with all instructions of the Customer; 3.2.2 perform the Services with all reasonable care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice in the Supplier’s industry, profession or trade; 3.2.3 use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier’s obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this Agreement; 3.2.4 ensure that the Services will conform with all descriptions and specifications set out in the Specification; 3.2.5 comply with all applicable laws; and 3.2.6 provide all equipment, tools and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services. 3.3 On completion of the Services, or termination or expiry of this Agreement (whichever is the earlier) the Supplier shall vacate the Premises, remove his plant, equipment and unused materials and shall clear away from the Premises all rubbish arising out of the Services and leave the Premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice.

The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice.

The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice. 3.5 Where the Supplier is unable to comply with clause 3.2 of this clause, or where the Supplier receives a complaint from the Supported PSM that clause 3.2 has not been complied with, the Supplier must inform the Customer in writing within five working days of having knowledge of either event.

Supply of Services. 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shallwill, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, ; provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement. 3.2 In providing the Services, the Supplier shallwill: 3.2.1 co-operate with the Customer in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with all instructions of the CustomerCustomer‟s instructions; 3.2.2 perform the Services with all reasonable care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice in the Supplier’s Supplier‟s industry, profession or trade; 3.2.3 use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier’s Supplier‟s obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this Agreement; 3.2.4 ensure that the Services will conform with all descriptions and specifications set out in the Specification; 3.2.5 comply with all applicable laws; and 3.2.6 provide all equipment, tools and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services. 3.3 On If the Supplier provides Services from the Customer‟s premises, on completion of the Services, or termination or expiry of this Agreement (whichever is the earlier) the Supplier shall will vacate the PremisesCustomer‟s premises, remove his plant, equipment and unused materials and shall will clear away from the Premises these premises all rubbish arising out of the Services and leave the Premises premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice.

Supply of Services. 3.1 In consideration of 4.1 The Supplier shall from the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from Commencement Date or the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, and for the duration of the Contract provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreementof the Contract. 3.2 4.2 The Supplier shall meet any performance dates for the Services specified in the Order or notified to the Supplier by the Customer. 4.3 In providing the Services, the Supplier shall: 3.2.1 4.3.1 co-operate with the Customer in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with all lawful instructions of the Customer; 3.2.2 4.3.2 perform the Services with all reasonable the best care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry best practice in the Supplier’s industry, profession or trade; 3.2.3 4.3.3 use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier’s obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this AgreementContract; 3.2.4 4.3.4 ensure that the Services and Deliverables will conform with all descriptions and specifications set out in the SpecificationSpecification and any Scope of Work, and that the Deliverables shall be fit for any purpose expressly or impliedly made known to the Supplier by the Customer; 3.2.5 comply with all applicable laws; and4.3.5 ensure the Services meet or exceed any Service Levels set out in the Order, or Scope of Works as the case may be; 3.2.6 4.3.6 provide all equipment, tools and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services.; 3.3 On completion 4.3.7 obtain and at all times maintain all necessary licences and consents, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations; 4.3.8 not do or omit to do anything which may cause the Customer to lose any licence, authority, consent or permission upon which it relies for the purposes of conducting its business, and the Supplier acknowledges that the Customer may rely or act on the Services, or termination or expiry of this Agreement (whichever is the earlier) the Supplier shall vacate the Premises, remove his plant, equipment and unused materials and shall clear away from the Premises all rubbish arising out of the Services and leave the Premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice.

Supply of Services. 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this AgreementContract, the Supplier shallwill, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, ; provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this AgreementContract. 3.2 In providing the Services, the Supplier shallwill: 3.2.1 co-operate with the Customer and Beneficiary in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with all instructions of the Customer’s instructions; 3.2.2 perform the Services with all reasonable care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice in the Supplier’s industry, profession or trade; 3.2.3 use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier’s obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this AgreementContract; 3.2.4 ensure that the Services will conform with all descriptions and specifications set out in the Specification; 3.2.5 comply with all applicable laws; and 3.2.6 provide all equipment, tools and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services. 3.3 On If the Supplier provides Services from the Customer’s premises, on completion of the Services, or termination or expiry of this Agreement Contract (whichever is the earlier) the Supplier shall will vacate the PremisesCustomer’s premises, remove his plant, equipment and unused materials and shall will clear away from the Premises these premises all rubbish arising out of the Services and leave the Premises premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice. 3.5 Where the Supplier is unable to comply with clause 3.2 of this clause, or where the Supplier receives a complaint from the Beneficiary that clause 3.2 has not been complied with, the Supplier must inform the Customer in writing within five working days of having knowledge of either event. 3.6 Where the Services comprise Deliverables that are divided into distinct parts to be supplied in separate stages, where the Supplier has completed the initial stage of work, the Supplier will not commence new work on a subsequent stage unless they have received written notice from the Customer approving this new work.

Supply of Services. 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this AgreementContract, the Supplier shallwill, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, ; provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this AgreementContract. 3.2 In providing the Services, the Supplier shallwill: 3.2.1 co-operate with the Customer and Supported PSM in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with all instructions of the Customer’s instructions; 3.2.2 perform the Services with all reasonable care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice in the Supplier’s industry, profession or trade; 3.2.3 use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier’s obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this AgreementContract; 3.2.4 ensure that the Services will conform with all descriptions and specifications set out in the Specification; 3.2.5 comply with all applicable laws; and 3.2.6 provide all equipment, tools and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services. 3.3 On If the Supplier provides Services from the Customer’s premises, on completion of the Services, or termination or expiry of this Agreement Contract (whichever is the earlier) the Supplier shall will vacate the PremisesCustomer’s premises, remove his plant, equipment and unused materials and shall will clear away from the Premises these premises all rubbish arising out of the Services and leave the Premises premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or any Staff. 3.4 The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services, at the Premises, during normal business hours, on reasonable notice. 3.5 Where the Supplier is unable to comply with clause 3.2 of this clause, or where the Supplier receives a complaint from the Supported PSM that clause 3.2 has not been complied with, the Supplier must inform the Customer in writing within five working days of having knowledge of either event.
