Manner of Carrying Out the Services. 3.2.1 The Supplier shall at all times comply with the Quality Standards, and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body. To the extent that the standard of Services has not been specified in the Contract, the Supplier shall agree the relevant standard of the Services with the Authority prior to the supply of the Services and in any event, the Supplier shall perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice.
3.2.2 The Supplier shall ensure that all Staff supplying the Services shall do so with all due skill, care and diligence and shall possess such qualifications, skills and experience as are necessary for the proper supply of the Services.
3.2.3 The Supplier shall and shall ensure that the Staff shall at all times during the Contract Period:-
(a) faithfully and diligently perform those duties and exercise such powers consistent with them as are from time to time necessary in connection with the provision of the Services; and
(b) obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Authority and perform the Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority.

Manner of Carrying Out the Services. 22.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the provision of the Services.
22.2 The Contractor shall make no delivery of Equipment nor commence any work on the Commissioner’s Premises without obtaining the Commissioner’s prior Approval.
22.3 All Equipment brought onto the Commissioner’s Premises shall be at the Contractor’s own risk. The Contractor shall provide for the haulage or carriage thereof to the Premises and the removal of Equipment when no longer required at its sole cost. Unless otherwise agreed, Equipment brought onto the Commissioner’s Premises will remain the property of the Contractor.
22.4 The Contractor shall maintain all items of Equipment within the Commissioner’s Premises in a safe, serviceable and clean condition.
22.5 All Equipment shall be at the risk of the Contractor and the Commissioner shall have no liability for any loss of or damage to any Equipment unless the Contractor is able to demonstrate that such loss or damage was caused or contributed to by the negligence or default of the Commissioner.
22.6 The Commissioner shall have the power at any time during the performance of the Services to order in writing that the Contractor:
(a) remove from the Commissioner’s Premises any Equipment which in the opinion of the Commissioner is either hazardous, noxious or not in accordance with the Agreement; and
(b) if the Commissioner has ordered the Contractor to remove any item of Equipment in accordance with clause 22.6 (a) above, to replace such item with a suitable substitute item of Equipment.
22.7 On completion of the Services the Contractor shall remove the Equipment together with any other materials used by the Contractor to provide the services in order to leave the Commissioner’s Premises in a clean, safe and tidy condition. For the avoidance of doubt the Contractor is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Commissioner’s premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s employees, servants, agents, suppliers or sub-contractors.
22.8 Access to the Commissioner’s Premises shall not be exclusive to the Contractor but shall be limited to such Staff and the Contractor’s suppliers as are necessary to perform of the Services concurrently with the execution of work by others. The Contractor shall co-operate free of charge with such others on the Commissioner’s Premises as the Commissioner may reasonably require.
Manner of Carrying Out the Services. 17.1 The Contractor shall begin performing the Services on the Commencement Date and continue to perform them for the Contract Period. The Authority may by written notice require the Contractor to execute the Services in such order as the Authority may decide. In the absence of such notice the Contractor shall submit such detailed programmes of work and progress reports as the Authority may from time to time require.
17.2 The Contractor shall at all times comply with the Quality Standards, “Quality Standards” means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardization or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body. To the extent that the standard of Services has not been specified in the Contract, the Contractor shall agree the relevant standard of the Services with the Authority prior to the supply of the Services and, in any event, the Contractor shall perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice.
17.3 The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor's Staff supplying the Services shall do so with all due skill, care and diligence and shall possess such qualifications, skills and experience as are necessary for the proper supply of the Services.
17.4 The Contractor will be responsible for providing and delivering the Services in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract at all times and will ensure continuity of supply (at no extra cost to the Authority) in accordance with the Specification.

The Supplier shall ensure that all Staff providing the Services shall do so with all due skill, care and diligence and shall possess such qualifications, skills and experience as are necessary for the proper provision of the Services.

11.2 All Equipment brought onto the Services User’s Premises shall be at the Contractor’s own risk. The Contractor shall provide for the carriage thereof to the Premises and the removal of Equipment when no longer required at its sole cost.
11.3 The Contractor shall maintain all items of Equipment belonging to the Contractor within the Service User’s Premises in a safe, serviceable and clean condition.

11.8 The Contractor shall not under any circumstances use any Premises or property of the Authority or any Service User to perform, either on its own behalf or on behalf of any other person, any act or thing other than the provision of the Services under this Agreement.
