Supplier’s Staff. 3.3.1 Access to the Premises shall be limited to such Staff and the Supplier’s suppliers as are necessary for the Supplier to fulfil its obligations under the Contract. The Supplier shall co-operate with others working on the Premises to such extent as the Authority may reasonably require. 3.3.2 The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises:- (a) for any member of the Staff; or (b) for any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, undesirable. 3.3.3 At the Authority’s written request, the Supplier shall provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request. 3.3.4 The Supplier’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside those premises. 3.3.5 If the Supplier fails to comply with Clause 3.3.3 within one (1) Month of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Authority may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the Authority. 3.3.6 The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Supplier has failed to comply with Clause 3.3.3 shall be final and conclusive.

The Supplier confirms that all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedures. 30.8 The Customer may require the Supplier to ensure that any person employed in the provision of the Services has undertaken a Criminal Records Bureau check as per the Staff Vetting Procedures. The Supplier will ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Supplier to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of a police check or through the Criminal Records Bureau check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of any part of the Services.

Supplier’s Staff. 28.1 The Supplier shall be responsible for the day-to-day management and the supervision of the execution of the Services and the Work. The number of authorized and competent supervisors which the Supplier makes available for this purpose must be in agreement with the scope and nature of the Performance and the reasonable requirements set by Wavin in this respect. 28.2 The Supplier guarantees that the Performance to be executed by its staff shall be carried out in an expert and professional manner, without interruptions. The staff members shall comply and continue to comply with the agreed and in all cases the required level of training, expertise and experience.

Supplier’s Staff. 20.1 The Supplier warrants and represents that all Staff assigned to the performance of the Services shall possess and exercise such qualifications, skill and experience as are necessary for the proper performance of the Services. 20.2 The Authority reserves the right under the Agreement, by written notice to the Supplier, to refuse to admit onto or to withdraw permission to remain on, any Premises and Authority Accommodation occupied by or on behalf of the Authority: (a) Any member of the Staff; or (b) Any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff or a Sub- Contractor, agent or servant of the Supplier whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, be undesirable. 20.3 If and when directed by the Authority, the Supplier shall within 7 Days from the date of the request provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who it is expected may require admission in connection with the Agreement to any Premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Agreement and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request. 20.4 The Supplier’s shall procure that its Staff (and any Sub-Contractor Staff), engaged within the boundaries of any of the Authority’s Premises including the Authority Accommodation, shall comply with such Authority policies, rules, regulations and requirements, including those relating to: (a) the conduct of persons at the sites or; (b) security arrangements so far as such policies have been made known to the Supplier, the Sub-Contractor and/or their relevant Staff whether directly or by appropriately positioned notices; as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at that Establishment and when outside that Establishment. 20.5 The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Authority Accommodation or any Premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority shall be final and conclusive. 20.6 The Authorised Officer shall be entitled to require the Supplier, by notice in writing, to suspend immediately at the Supplier’s cost, any person employed by the Supplier in the provision of the Services who, in the opinion of the Authorised Officer, carries out an unsafe act, generates an unusual level or type of complaint(s) from Users of the Services regarding his behaviour or fails to carry out an instruction by the Authorised Officer prope...

Supplier’s Staff. 11.1 The Council may, by written notice to the Supplier, refuse to agree to, or withdraw permission to remain involved in the delivery of the Services to: 11.1.1 any member of the Staff; or 11.1.2 any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued involvement with the delivery of the Services would, in the reasonable opinion of the Council, be undesirable. 11.2 At the Council’s written request, the Supplier shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Council may reasonably request. 11.3 The Supplier’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations, policies and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside the Premises. 11.4 The Supplier shall comply with Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all persons employed or engaged in the provision of the Services. The Supplier confirms that all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedures. 11.5 In addition to any requirements specified in the Staff Vetting Procedures, the Council requires the Supplier to carry out a Disclosure and Barring Service check in respect of any person to be employed or engaged in the provision of the Services. The Supplier shall ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Supplier to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of or through a Disclosure and Barring Service check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of any part of the Services. 11.6 If the Supplier fails to comply with clause 11.2 within 21 days of the date of the request the Supplier shall be in Default of its obligations under the Contract. 11.7 The decision of the Council as to whether any person is to be excluded from being employed or engaged in delivering the Services and as to whether the Supplier has failed to comply with clause 11.2 shall be final and conclusive and the Supplier shall indemnify the Council in respect of all claims, costs, losses or expenses arising from a decision under clause 11.1. 11.8 The Supplier shall pay at least a Real L...
