Supply of test sets. Within a period to be set by mutual agreement between the Parties before the date provided for in the schedule provided in the Contract for the launch of the acceptance procedure, Purchaser provides the Supplier with test sets enabling the expected functionalities to be tested and described in the technical specifications defined in the Contract. The Supplier has ten (10) working days to validate these sets of tests or tomake the comments that he deems necessary, justified and documented. In the event of a persistent disagreement on the setting of the test sets following comments from the Supplier, the Project Directors of the two (2) Parties will have to arbitrate.
