Common use of Supply to Comply with Tobacco Control Act Clause in Contracts

Supply to Comply with Tobacco Control Act. Without limiting the generality of 4.02, the Supplier shall comply with the Tobacco Control Act, and ensure that its employees and/or subcontractors do not smoke on and in any of the Board’s property, including schools, offices, administrative buildings, warehouses, other Board facilities, and non-Board vehicles on Board property.
