Common use of Supply Warranty Clause in Contracts

Supply Warranty. Windcave warrants that the Goods will be free from defects in workmanship (labour and parts included, but transport excluded) during a warranty period commencing on the Commencement Date and concluding twelve (12) calendar months later. As to repaired or exchanged Goods, during the original warranty period here above mentioned, the warranty period on the exchanged or repaired Goods shall expire three (3) months after the date of repair or exchange of such Goods or upon the expiration of the warranty period applicable to the original Goods set forth in this Section.
