Support and Maintenance Services Fees. If MetroPCS elects to obtain Support and Maintenance Services from Supplier for a Product on other than a time-and-materials basis, the fees for such Support and Maintenance Services shall: (a) be set forth in the applicable Procurement Document; (b) commence upon the date set forth in the applicable Procurement Document; and (c) be payable quarterly by MetroPCS.
