Support for High Need Certifications/Endorsements. When the District identifies a need for an employee with a specific certification and/or endorsement in a hard-to-fill position, the District and Association may agree to a letter of agreement (LOA) to provide individualized support for a current staff member to obtain such certification and/or endorsement. The specific terms of that LOA (e.g., expense reimbursement, time, duration, etc.) will be negotiated at the time such need is identified.
