Support Materials. Materials relevant to the application, not specifically referred to in Article 16.2, shall be compiled and maintained by each faculty member. The faculty member may submit their support materials at the time of application to Human Resources. Support materials must be limited to the documentation that will fit in one four-inch three-ring binder. The University reserves the right to convert this to an electronic process during the term of this agreement. Upon completion of the evaluation process and appeals, if any, the faculty member must retrieve the support materials within thirty (30) days. An individual applying for their second promotion in rank at YSU shall receive due consideration for activities and accomplishments that occurred during the twelve (12) months immediately before the effective date of their last promotion (i.e., the year during which the individual was last recommended for promotion).

Support Materials a. If Client selected Support Materials, subject to Client providing full payment as detailed the SANS Price Quote, Client is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Support Materials for its own internal use as identified in the SANS Price Quote and this Section 3.

As they are available for general release, LLC will make available to Vet USA, for download in electronic format, LLC's customer service materials, training materials, troubleshooting materials, and marketing materials, for use by Vet USA in developing its own materials. Support Materials. 24/7 access to support materials including, but not limited to: online training manuals, support FAQs, customer support forums, instructional videos, informational newsletters, informational and support-driven webinars (live and archived), request forms, online education courses and support-related updates through common social networking mediums at no additional cost. The Supplier must commit to regular maintenance and updating of the Software and associated applications for the purposes of keeping the existing software up-to- date as well as introducing new functionality and applications. Support Materials. 4.1 Seller shall deliver the relevant Support Materials to LifeWatch under the terms of the Agreement. Updates of Support Materials will be provided according to the following: • The LifeWatch Support Organization shall have full access to existing updates of the Support Materials when updates are made generally commercially available. • Seller shall deliver the applicable updated set of Support Materials with every update or upgrade of the Product. • Seller shall provide LifeWatch with two (2) soft- copies of available manuals and/or manual updates relating to the Product purchased from Seller.

LLC shall provide to Vet USA, to the extent reasonably requested and paid for pursuant to this Agreement and the License Agreement, the services to be provided by Vet USA to a Customer as listed under Exhibit C "Master Warranty and Support Terms and Conditions" ("MWSTC") that is in force and enforceable with that Customer, or otherwise reasonably necessary from time to time to distribute and support Products in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to, the services set forth under the PACS and Data Hosting portion of Exhibit A. 3.5 Logistics and Management. LLC shall provide to Vet USA, to the extent reasonably requested and paid for pursuant to this Agreement and the License Agreement the logistics and management services set forth on Exhibit D; provided, however, that if after one year from the commencement of this Agreement, or earlier by mutual written agreement, Vet USA requests in writing to remove a specific service set forth on Exhibit D, following ninety (90) days notice, LLC shall cease to provide such service and shall not be obligated to provide such service thereafter. 4.[
Support Materials. Client acknowledges that all support materials, including without limitation, diagnostic software, are the property of and include Confidential Information of Unisys or its licensors. Client assures that such materials will be used only by Unisys maintenance personnel, and that Unisys has the right to remove such materials from Client's facility at any time. This provision applies even though such materials may be listed in the Unisys price lists, catalogs, invoices or contracts.

Faculty members may submit Mmaterials relevant to pre-tenure, Tenure, Tenure to Promotion to Associate Professor, and other personnel materials not specifically referred to in Article 17.2.
