Common use of SUPPORT OF THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SUPPORT OF THE AGREEMENT. ‌ 2 The District and the CSEA agree that it is to their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of 3 differences through the meet and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that CSEA and the 4 District will support this agreement and any tentative agreements or other agreements for their 5 term. Further it is agreed that the District and/or CSEA will not appear before the District's 6 Board concerning any matter subject to the meet and the negotiation process except when the 7 parties have reached an impasse.
