Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.
Entities that Boycott Israel Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract.
