Supporting Documentation and Permits. Landlord shall provide or assist (to the extent commercially reasonable) Tenant in obtaining, as appropriate, the supporting documentation and permits necessary or desirable to construct and operate and manage the System. Landlord specifically shall provide Tenant with the documentation and information described in Exhibit F attached hereto at Landlord’s sole cost and expense without right of reimbursement from Tenant within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date; and,
