Supporting Financial Information. Applicant shall, as a condition precedent to the payment of the program Grant, timely provide City with all documentation necessary to issue the Grant, including but not limited to the Grant Application, invoices, proposals, receipts, and/or such other information, as may reasonably be requested by the City substantiating the actual advertising cost to be incurred by Applicant for the qualifying advertisement(s).
