Surcharges. Merchant shall not require any Cardholder to pay any part of any discount or other fee imposed upon Merchant by this Agreement, whether through an increase in price or otherwise requiring a Cardholder to pay a surcharge as a condition of sale that is not also required from a customer paying cash.
