Sureties. permit any Indebtedness of any Guarantor to any person (other than the Lender pursuant to the Security Documents) to be guaranteed by any person (except for guarantees from time to time required in the ordinary course of business and in the ordinary course by any protection and indemnity or war risks association with which a Vessel is entered, guarantees required to procure the release of such Vessel from any arrest, detention, attachment or levy, guarantees or undertakings required for the salvage of a Vessel);
