Common use of Surface Clause in Contracts

Surface. RIGHTS ABSTRACT 1) Seller, at Seller’s expense, within thirty (30) days prior to Closing Date, agrees to make available to Buyer the following (collectively referred to as “the Title Evidence”): a) A complete surface-rights-only Abstract of Title, last certified to a date subsequent to the Time Reference Date, by an Oklahoma licensed and bonded abstract company; and b) A current Uniform Commercial Code Search Certificate
