Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. No document shall be used against a nurse where it has not been brought to her or his attention in a timely manner. Any letter of reprimand, suspension or other sanction will be removed from the record of a nurse eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such nurse's record has been discipline free for one year. The Peer Feedback Process of the Assurance the The above referenced Peer Feedback is confidential information which the nurse is expected to obtain by requesting feedback from of her or his choice, for the sole purpose of meeting the requirements of the Quality Assurance Program required by the College of Nurses of Ontario. The parties recognize the importance of supporting the confidential nature of the Peer Feedback component of the Quality Assurance Program. For further clarity, the above referenced Peer Feedback will not be used as a performance evaluation under Article A nurse shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his \ - regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing exams arising out of the Quality Assurance Program required by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
