Common use of Surprise Savings Clause in Contracts

Surprise Savings. We use advanced analytics for the Surprise Savings booster to review your linked checking accounts and automatically move money from those accounts to your OSA. By setting up this booster, you authorize us to make transfers from your linked accounts in varying amounts and frequencies. Transfer amounts can vary from $1 to $100 per transfer for each Surprise Savings booster you set up. Transfers can happen on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, although we won’t process transfers on bank holidays. We won’t start a transfer if the balance in your linked account is less than $100.00 when we review the linked account. You have a legal right to receive notice of varying transfer amounts at least 10 days before the scheduled date of the transfer, but you agree to receive notice on the day we start the transfer due to booster functionality.
