Common use of Surrender of Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Books and Records. Executive acknowledges that all lists, books, records, literature, products and any other materials owned by Company or its affiliates or used by them in connection with the conduct of their business, shall at all times remain the property of Company and its affiliates and that upon termination of employment hereunder, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of said termination, Executive will surrender to Company and its affiliates all such lists, books, records, literature, products and other materials.
